Founders

Kevin Minnelli

Kevin Minnelli is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of IT management and marketing experience and holds a Masters of Science from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to founding Eruptr, he worked as a consultant with Resonate Networks, an ad network in Alexandria Virginia which was formed by DDC Advocacy. His role with Resonate touched everything from campaign management and optimization to redesigning internal processes within the ad serving platform. Before Resonate, he was a senior project manager and manager of online advertising operations for Revolution Health, a Steve Case start-up in Washington DC, where he successfully designed and managed the largest health network on the web. In the past he also managed the Walt Disney online and offline marketing database, worked and successfully consulted for: USinternetworking, The National Institutes of Health, General Electric,  Thomson Reuters, Citibank and Merrill Lynch. His vast consulting experiences and development and management of systems make him an excellent choice to design and manage Eruptr’s operation and optimization systems.

Drew Diskin

Drew Diskin, M.S. is an award-winning, Internet strategist, business development and marketing professional with nearly two decades of experience in creative, integrated marketing strategies and Web solutions.  He has led multimedia initiatives with reputable organizations, such as: The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System, the Inova Health System, Stevens Institute of Technology, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, AOL, Universal Studios, Genentech, Jeep, as well as small and mid-sized companies. Drew has earned national achievements from the American Marketing Association, AT&T, Telly Awards, Astor Awards, along with various leadership accolades and speaking engagements on Internet strategy.

Cal Simmons

Cal Simmons is a highly successful business executive, venture capitalist, longtime angel investor, and business author. Simmons is the co-founder and manager of three early-stage venture funds that manage more than $40 million in investments spread across a current portfolio of 20 primarily high-tech businesses. He has personally invested in some 30 early-stage deals and currently serves on the boards of a dozen companies. He has been a founding investor in three companies that have gone public and returned significant multiples to early investors. In 2001, he co-authored the popularly acclaimed investment guide, Every Business Needs an Angel, published by Random House/Crown Business.
