Eruptr is a fast growing, healthcare digital marketing agency seeking an administrative assistant candidate with 3-5 years of experience. This position is an exciting opportunity that’s full time and provides an opportunity to work virtually (work from home). The roles and responsibilities are:

Responsibilities include:

  • Intake calls to the Eruptr 800 number and triage any calls / take messages. Respond to general questions and inquiries as needed.

  • Schedule meetings for team members and clients as needed. Assist the senior leadership team with daily needs and help streamline processes and organization of tasks.

  • Event planning and coordination. Coordinate conference events, booth setup, equipment, client dinners, entertainment, off-site activities and client events. Responsible for event registration, assisting with travel needs and ensuring any and all event details are thought of and attended to.

  • General day-to-day organization such as filing, keeping documents organized and managing general administrative housekeeping duties.

  • Assist with light billing and invoicing follow up and organization.

  • Assist in new employee on-boarding, scheduling interviews, welcome emails/packages, gathering new employee information, benefits and working with Eruptr’s HR provider.

  • Take notes and assist the sales team when needed for new campaign calls; help gather details and information and pass it along to the necessary team members; relaying details to the operations team for campaign builds and implementation.

  • Providing assistance in troubleshooting and following up with vendor issues / challenges and coordinating support.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Administrative assistant experience

  • Strong communication and project management skills are a must.

  • Individual must be highly detail-oriented and able to multitask projects.

  • Ability to work independently without supervision on projects and be productive.

  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Full-time availability during standard business hours

  • Technical skills: Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Sheets, Dropbox a must. Quickbooks a plus.
